Check before ordering
Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should review the product information and contact Olive Jar before ordering. Catering requirements are enquiries until suitability and controls are directly confirmed.
Traceability
The operations system records ingredient lots, production batches, manufacturing and expiry dates, stock movements, quarantines, recalls and affected order allocations. The software supports records but does not certify compliance.
Product holds and recalls
Expired, quarantined or recalled batches cannot be allocated through normal checkout. A recall report links affected batches, ingredient lots, orders and customers for authorised follow-up.
