How should I store my kombucha?

Follow the storage and shelf-life wording on the product label and product page. Confirmed instructions vary by product and batch.

Is kombucha alcoholic?

Kombucha is fermented. Product-specific alcohol information must be confirmed from Olive Jar's production records before it is published; contact us if this affects your purchase.

What is in the health shots?

Recipes vary by product. Use the ingredients and allergen information on the relevant product page or label; unconfirmed recipes are intentionally not published.

How long does the fudge keep?

Use the storage and best-before information on the jar. Olive Jar does not publish an unsupported shelf-life period online.

How much notice do you need for catering?

Submit your date and requirements through the catering enquiry form. An enquiry is not a booking; availability is confirmed with an approved quotation and required deposit.

Can I change or pause a recurring order?

Authenticated customers can manage a schedule within the configured change and cancellation cut-off. A schedule cannot charge without valid recurring-payment authority.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Tell us every dietary and allergy requirement in the enquiry. Olive Jar will confirm what can be supported; submitting a request is not a guarantee of allergen-free preparation.
