Delivery & returns
Local delivery
Olive Jar currently delivers within the Cape Town metro and Stellenbosch. Checkout verifies the street address server-side, calculates the actual driving route from the dispatch location and applies the current configured delivery rate. Addresses outside the supported area or current driving-distance limit are declined safely.
Delivery timing
Dates and delivery windows shown before confirmation are estimates. Current cut-offs and availability are configured by the operations team; national shipping is not enabled.
Collection
Collection appears at checkout only when an administrator has enabled a valid collection method and instructions.
Recurring deliveries
Recurring orders remain subject to the configured delivery and operational rules. Change and cancellation windows are shown from the current operational settings.
Returns
Report damaged or incorrect goods promptly through the complaints process. Eligibility is assessed under the published Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
