Catering terms
A submitted catering request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
Final cancellation, deposit and liability wording requires legal and operational approval. The temporary configurable deposit default is 45%.
Quotation
Olive Jar reviews the date, location, guests, service, setup, dietary and allergy information before issuing a versioned quotation with an expiry date. A newer revision supersedes an earlier open quotation.
Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only after internal approval, customer acceptance and the required deposit condition have all been recorded. A submission or quotation alone is not confirmation.
Changes and cancellation
Changes, rejection and cancellation are recorded against the enquiry and quotation history. Costs already committed may affect the outcome only under the final approved terms and applicable law.
