Orders
An order is created pending payment and is confirmed only after trusted payment verification and operational acceptance. Prices are in South African rand; VAT is represented only when validly configured.
Freshness
Product-specific storage, allergen and shelf-life information is published only when confirmed. Returns and remedies follow the current published policy and applicable law.
Catering
A catering submission is an enquiry. A booking is confirmed only after internal approval, customer acceptance and the configured deposit conditions are met.
Recurring orders
Recurring orders require an authenticated account and valid payment authority. Pause, skip, change and cancellation actions are subject to the configured cut-off shown to the customer.
